Leibniz Computer Centre

Prism Plate made of aluminium „P 1315ps“

Description

The aluminium Prism Plates mounted on the ceiling in the Leibniz Computer Centre (Leibniz Rechenzentrum or LRZ) in Garching near Munich give the interior of the computer centre a stylish elegance. The ceiling panels gain significantly in rigidity due to the strong shape of the “prisms” and lend the rooms an amazingly high acoustic effect.
